As a result, we conducted a targeted, discreet process designed to obtain a very attractive financial outcome for the selling shareholders while achieving the non-financial desires of the founder, which included taking care of Boulevard’s employees, community and brands.

Results:  First Beverage was able to pair Boulevard with Duvel Moortgat, a private, family-owned Belgian brewery with a deep history and passion for great beer that satisfied our client’s financial and non-financial desires. The combination is the largest craft brewer transaction completed to date as well as the first purchase of a U.S. craft brewer by an international buyer.
